合格应该是每个行业最低的要求吧，无论做什么工作，起码都应该合格，不过现实中确实还是有很多人走在通往合格的路上。合格首先应该有标准，达标就合格了，那标准是什么？ 1，专业技能。知道做这份工作都要用到什么法律法规，导则标准，技术方法，环评报告编制的基本逻辑【逻辑很重要，听我讲过如何写报告的都知道，我一定是先强调反复强调逻辑】……可以不会，但要知道，如果连这些基本内容都不知道，那怎么做出合格的环评文件。 2，工作态度。做事要沉得住气，环评工作比较琐碎，尤其是常常会发生动一个数据或一点变化前前后后都要改的情况。如果没有耐心，多个专家意见或多轮修改一定改不到位。此外细致严谨也是环评报告不出质量问题的基础，这其实也是态度问题。 3，沟通技巧。环评人员的工作涉及四方，业主，专家，管理部门还有自己单位领导和组员。每一方的角度，压力和诉求都不一样。因此需要运用自己的专业知识让各方诉求有个尊重专业、符合客观事实的最优结果。 以上三条，应该是合格标准吧。至于优秀，就是在合格的基础上再进一步提升质量和效果。
